GuestTracker can be very affordable. TCS Hotel management software lists our prices so everyone knows and receives the same prices. If you are having trouble downloading, it can be a number of issues causing this. Usually a Firewall or AntiVirus software is blocking the download or warning you to be careful and if you trust the software that is requesting permission to download. Other AntiVirus software will require you to trust the source of the download. Windows 10 will warn you as well and request permission to trust the source of the download.

Group Desks and Parking Spaces as Pooled Resources
A Pooled Resource is a group of resources that can be booked as many times as there is available resources in the pool. Collect resources such as desks and parking spaces in pools defined by location, department, etc. When you book a desk in a pooled resource, you are free to choose any available desk in your booked pool when your reservation starts.
Booking permissions also works for Pooled Resources. For example, a certain group can be given the rights to book in a certain pool while others can be excluded.
